Top Notch Building and Maintenance, Inc. has been in business since 1993. Paul Paluch was the person to first establish the business.  Even though the company has only been around for 29 years we’ve had experience for over 55 years.

Our name was establish based on the type of work that we acquire which is "TOP NOTCH". Our staff keeps growing and business keeps on going. We appreciate your business, or if we haven’t worked with you we look forward too. Keep in mind that we work on commercial buildings only.
